The Bugatti × Jacob & Co jewellery collection — signet rings, cufflinks, and pendants in rose gold with carbon and enamel — presents one of the most unusual material combinations in fine jewellery retouching. Polished gold, matte carbon, and bold enamel each behave entirely differently under light and each requires a different retouching approach. Getting all three right in a single image is the challenge.
The carbon had to read as matte and technical — its texture preserved, never polished or flattened. The enamel needed colour accuracy above all. The rose gold required the warmth and precision of fine jewellery metalwork. The final images maintain the brand's signature aesthetic: the fusion of automotive design and haute joaillerie, precise in every material.
