The Palatial Collection is Jacob & Co's dress watch line — and each model features a stone dial cut from a different material: onyx, malachite, lapis lazuli. These are natural materials with inherent variation, and the retouching challenge is to preserve that character while delivering consistency across the full series. No stone should look corrected. It should look like itself.
The yellow gold cases were refined to complement the natural depth of each stone dial without overwhelming it. Across the full collection, the visual standard had to remain consistent — the same quality of light, the same precision of metal work, the same richness of the stone surfaces — so that the series reads as a coherent family.
